ÖNEMLİ NOTLAR
- •Ödeme işlemi gerçekleştirilirken açıklama kısmına “IFC2023/katılımcının Adı ve Soyadı” yazılması gerekmektedir.
- •Ödeme işlemi gerçekleştirildikten sonra ödeme dekontu ifc2023@nny.edu.tr mail adresine gönderilmelidir.
- •Kabul edilen bildirilerin özetleri ve/veya tam metinleri bildiri yazım şablonuna göre hazırlanıp ifc2023@nny.edu.tr mail adresine gönderilmelidir.
- •Herhangi bir nedenle ücret iadesi yapılmamaktadır.
- •Bir yazar en fazla 3 bildiride yer alabilir.
- •Kongreye bildirisiz katılım sağlamak isteyenler, kongre olanaklarından yararlanmak için kongreye kayıt yaptırmalı ve kayıt ücretini ödemelidir.
- •Kabul edilen bildirilerin özetleri Özet Bildiri Kitabında; kabul edilen bildiri tam metinleri ise Tam Metin Bildiri kitabında yayınlanacaktır.
- •Kayıt yaptırılmamış bildiriler hakem değerlendirmesinden geçmiş olsa da özet kitapçığında yer almayacaktır.
The congress registration fee includes ( in person ):
- •1 Submission of Paper
- •Lunches throughout the congress (dining hall)
- •Congress bag and promotional items
- •Congress Papers e-Book (Abstracts and/or full-text book)
- •Refreshments between sessions
- •Sightseeing program.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- •When making the payment, please write "IFC2023/Participant's Name and Surname" in the description field.
- •After completing the payment, the payment receipt should be sent to the email address ifc2023@nny.edu.tr
- •Abstracts and/or full texts of accepted papers should be prepared according to the paper submission template and sent to the email address ifc2023@nny.edu.tr
- •Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
- •An author can participate in a maximum of 3 papers.
- •Those who wish to attend the congress without submitting a paper should register for the congress and pay the registration fee to take advantage of the congress facilities.
- •Abstracts of accepted papers will be published in the Abstract Proceedings, and the full texts of accepted papers will be published in the Full Paper Proceedings.
- •Papers without registered participants will not be included in the abstract booklet even if they have undergone peer review.
